Ice breaking session was organized to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, encourage interaction among students, and set a positive tone for their academic journey. The session aimed to break down barriers, facilitate new friendships, and help students feel comfortable in their new surroundings. The agenda for the ceremony was developed, including activities and speeches. The venue was arranged to encourage interaction, with seating in 5 teams. Ice break games were organized an inviting atmosphere. Ice Breaker Activities were conducted, such as: • Two Truths and a Lie: Students shared two true statements and one false statement about themselves, prompting discussion. • Speed Networking: Students rotated in pairs for short conversations, allowing them to meet as many peers as possible in a limited time. • Group Challenges: Team-building exercises, such as problem-solving tasks, were organized to encourage collaboration. • Faculty Introduction: Faculty members introduced themselves, sharing their areas of expertise and what students could expect from their courses. • Open Forum: An open forum for students to ask questions or express concerns about the upcoming academic year.
