Students were informed about role and goals of Indian Medical Graduate as defined by NMC. Importance of CBME curriculum over tradition mythology of medical teaching was discussed. Key highlights of Phase-1 CBME curriculum were explained to the students for their knowledge about AETCOM, ECE, SGL, SDL etc. and the time line of each Phase of MBBS. Students were told about how to achieve Goals by making specific learning objectives. Students were summarized for methods, timeline and marks distribution of various assessments. Finally planning and execution of academic calendar was discussed
