Over 30 years of dedicated service to MGM. She has sown the seeds of nursing education at MGM in 1992, nurtured it and established from UG to doctoral programme. She has demonstrated leading role in implementing the newly introduced competency based Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care (NPCC) by Government of India from 2017.

A member of Board of Management MGMIHS, Dean Faculty of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, MGMIHS, Navi Mumbai. She is also associated with various other prestigious universities in India for academic and research activities.

On editorial and reviewer boards of renowned National and international Journals.

Awarded with prestigious Shrimati Leelavathi Nair Memorial Award for outstanding contribution to Professional Education, by Higher Education Forum Mumbai and Education leader award by National Health Care Academy (NHCA) Singapore for being inspiring mentor to many students.
